It may be that you wish to reaffirm your love for each other after a long happy marriage or possibly after a challenging time or period of separation.

You can renew your vows at any time, though many couples like to renew after a number of landmark years, perhaps to mark silver, ruby, golden anniversaries.

A Celebrant led ceremony allows you to design your Special Day the way you want it to be, reflecting your lives and journey so far. The ceremony can be formal, informal, religious, non-religious, creative, spiritual and individually unique to you. It can be held anywhere that is special to you, indoors, in your garden, the top of a mountain, on a beach, whatever you want. Perhaps have the ceremony where you were originally married.

You can write you own vows and include readings, poems, songs and symbolic elements if you wish.

Next Steps

If you’d like to involve me in your special day, here’s a breakdown of how I usually work;

• An initial meeting to discuss the type of Ceremony you are looking for, the timings and costs and how you visualise your Ceremony to be.

• I’ll give you a questionnaire to fill out to tell me your story so far i.e. how you met, your milestones so far and how you see your future together, do you want family members to be involved in the Ceremony.

• I’ll create a personalised Ceremony draft for you to read. Feel free to change it to suit your wishes until it is exactly right for you.

• I will be contactable by phone and email with any questions or help you require.

• I can help you, if needed, with suggestions of poems, reading and songs and where to fit these in to your ceremony. 

• I can help you create new vows with suggestions and practice in reading them or you may want to read the vows you read on your wedding day. Or why not use both?!

• We’ll then have another meeting prior to your big day to run through the Ceremony and its 'choreography' and visual look.

• And lastly, I will be there on the day to deliver the perfect Ceremony we have created together, with professionalism, care and passion.

Please note this Ceremony requires no legalities to be completed.

Fees

Renewal of Vows: standard cost £350.00
A deposit of £100 will be required on booking. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the Ceremony.
